Invoices and payments

Billed as approved. Paid on the record.

Invoices come from the work the customer approved, deposits are credited, and every payment lands against the invoice it pays. The balance on the screen is always the sum of what was recorded.

01Invoices

From sold work to invoice, with nothing re-typed.

In development On the roadmapEverything else is built and working today.

Invoices that match what was approved

No one copies line items from an estimate into an invoice. The sold option becomes the invoice, so the customer is billed for what they signed, and the office can see when they opened it.

  • Sold work billed exactly as the customer approved it
  • Draft, issue and void, with the history of each
  • Invoice PDFs with your company's details
  • Emailed with delivered and opened status

Deposits before the big jobs

Replacements, remodels and roofs need money up front. The deposit is recorded against the sold work, and the invoice shows it as already paid, so nobody has to remember to subtract it.

  • Record a deposit when work is sold
  • A deposit page of its own for the customer
  • Credited on the invoice when the work is billed

02Payments

Every way customers pay, on one invoice.

Record any payment in seconds

A customer pays half by check today and the rest by card next week. Both land on the same invoice, the balance updates itself, and a receipt can go out with each one.

  • Cash, check, Zelle and card
  • Split and partial payments, credits and refunds
  • Email the customer a receipt with the payment

Receivables at a glance

Money owed shouldn't live in a spreadsheet someone updates on Fridays. Receivables are worked out from invoices and payments, so the list is right the moment a payment is recorded.

  • Every open balance, with how many days it's past due
  • Balance due on the office home, so it's seen every morning

Online payments, built and being proven

The customer opens their invoice on their phone and pays the balance. It's built and in testing now; until it's live, card payments taken in person are recorded on the invoice.

  • Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay on the customer's invoice and deposit pages(In development)
  • Payment links the office can send(In development)
  • A receipt after every online payment
Not live yetThe customer's pay page, built against a payment sandbox and not yet taking live payments. In development
